About Us

Malk Partners, now part of SLR Consulting, is consulting firm that advises many of the world’s most successful investors on risk management and responsible investment. Malk assists asset managers in establishing best-in-class environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs that are deployed throughout the investment lifecycle in order to mitigate risk and create value. We partner with firms that invest across a range of industries and investment strategies, including financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and consumer products. Malk was an early entrant into this rapidly evolving industry and continues to be at the forefront of ESG innovation and defining best practices. Malk’s dedicated Multi-Strategy team was formed to better serve the world’s largest asset managers in asset classes including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and secondaries in executing against their ESG commitments and strengthening their overall ESG programs to create value and meet investor expectations.

  • Lead drafting, review and delivery of major ESG advisory work products—including projects such as ESG program benchmarking, ESG diligence integration strategies, maturity assessments, annual ESG reports, data projects and voluntary and mandatory ESG framework preparation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, balancing multiple stakeholder preferences across accounts and escalating complex issues to VP/SVP as needed
  • Shape the narrative, logic, and analytical structure of client deliverables; ensure all materials meet Malk’s quality standards

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
